2 of our Commonly Recommended Supplements
Another way to combat back and neck pain at home is with supplements.
Turmeric
Turmeric is a vibrant yellow spice commonly used in Indian cuisine. It is known for its potent anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce inflammation in the joints and muscles, and alleviate pain and stiffness.
Glucosamine Sulfate
Glucosamine sulfate is a building block for cartilage, the connective tissue that cushions joints. By promoting cartilage health, it may help reduce pain and stiffness associated with degenerative disc disease.
