Real Tabbouleh Served On Top Of Cabbage Leaves

Never heard of tabbouleh? Get ready for your new favorite go-to appetizer! Tabbouleh is an Arab Middle Eastern vegetarian dish that embodies all the wonderful and unique flavors of the culture. The bulgar wheat has a similar texture to quinoa and is cooked much like the way we cook rice. The smell and taste of the parsley in this dish brings an instant spark of freshness to the dish, especially with the crunch of the cabbage leaves. We highly recommend giving this dish a try. It's simple, very quick, and most importantly... delicious. Enjoy!

  • 2 Scallions
